Rolls of Raffaello Cake

Ingredients

200 gr butter
100 grams of sugar
1 vanilla sugar
1 egg
200 ml yoghurt
Fingers of salt
500 gr flour
50 gr coconut
1 baking powder
FASTENING COMPONENTS:
600 ml of milk
5 tablespoons of sugar
2 pudding
100 gr coconut
powdered sugar + 1 vanilla sugar

Soak up the butter at moderate temperature with sugar.the sugar cane, add the egg and stir well

Then add the sour cream, salt, coconut, flour and baking powder.

Brush the overcoat and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile we prepare the filling.

In a bowl weigh 500 ml of milk and weave it in the milk until it cools down to dry the pudding powder.

Add dissolved puddings to milk that boils, stir until it is thickened and we add and coconut.

We bring the dough into the working table, we cut the rectilinear and wait in three equal parts.

Each part is lubricated with the already prepared cold cream, then wrapped each in the roll form.

We roll the rocks in rolls covered with baking paper and bake in 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
Baked rolls are sugared with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar,
