According to a recent study published on it it was concluded that consumption of fish has a special role in human health.

This result was achieved after checking the 26 studies over the years 2001 to 2014 to see the effect of fish in the human body. After observing 150 278 thousand people, they have concluded that eating fish reduces up to 17% risk of being affected by depression.

Expert Dr. Majid Fotuhi, indicates that this relates to Omega-3 fatty acids found in fish. The ability of Omega-3 is to reduce inflammation and increase blood flow ee, which affects the depression.
